Earth's Herbal Tattoo Salve

Tattoo Salve is an aftercare product that speeds up and aids the healing process. It is specifically designed for use on tattoos. Non-irritating to the skin, Tattoo Salve reduces itching and inflammation, it kills bacteria and prevents infection. Tattoo Salve ointment is 100% natural and organic. Tested by Artists. Distributed since 1993.

Tattoo and Piercing Soap

100% vegetable based. Free of phosphates, dyes and perfumes. Totally suitable for new tattoos and piercing.

We DO NOT use:

• Vitamin A or D, because it is most likely synthetic or derived from an animal source.
• Tea tree oil, as it can be too harsh and drying for the skin.
• Wheat germ oil because it is known to be an unstable oil at room temperature and needs to be kept refrigerated, or preserved by chemical agents (as it will go rancid).
• Petroleum, Lanolin, Mineral Oil or any synthetic based carriers.

We DO USE (ingredient list):

• Fresh from the ground organic herbs: all grown and harvested on our farm in Victoria, BC:
  Calendula officinalis, Plantago lanceolata, Stellaria media, Symphytum officinalis, Salvia officinalis.
• Cold pressed extra virgin Olive oil.
• Babe's local bee's wax. We go strait to Babe's Bee farm to get it fresh.
• There is nothing else in the ointment! It is 100% natural.

The antibacterial and medicinal properties in the Tattoo Salve occur naturally in the plants that are used in our recipe, therefore no preservatives are necessary, as the Salve preserves itself and can be kept on your shelf for up to 3 years.

 

We DO NOT use extracts! Our ointment is made from plants that have been picked fresh, right out of the ground (not dried). Extracts are concentrated, and primarily used for fragrance. Earth's Herbal Products feel that there are many important nutrients and constituents available in the fresh plants and that they must be used as a whole to maintain synergy with the active medicinal properties.
