To promote effectiveness and efficiency, we adhere to a five-step development plan as outlined below:

Development Plan: Our five-step development plan offers clients the option of full involvement in the design, development and maintenance of your new website or multimedia project.

Consultation: With the initial email consultation or personal meeting when geography permits, we will gather information to determine the specific needs of the client, and based on that information begin developing a project mockup.

Project Mockup: After jointly deciding on marketing direction, the size of the project, price, design options and source material, we will construct a mockup project for the client to review. If we have agreement and share the same vision, the client will provide a deposit of 25% of the total cost. We will then proceed with construction.

Project Construction: The construction of a website/multimedia project generally takes between 1-3 weeks from the initial mockup to completion of the first draft. After the first draft is complete, the client reviews the project and any necessary changes are made.

Project Completion: Upon completion of the project, the client supplies a check for the balance.

Maintenance & Support: We are always available for continued maintenance and support.
